"Love define maps of places within. Fifteen recent works, created with mixed media in which the author investigates Lights and Shadows , starting from a deep personal meditation to arrive at a broader reflection on the reality that surrounds him. The author is told through his works, leaving out an interior made of contrasts and oppositions. The artist gives us a part of themselves, invisible to the eye, that somehow reveals and highlights the contradictions inherent in any human being. Representations of places interior but also physical locations where, abandoned the easy tricks of aestheticism, Blanco focuses on essential forms to arise as critical of the contemporary, comparing seemingly distant worlds. Hence the need to deal with areas of transition, the charm of the place of the border - a touch of color, chiaroscuro contrast - and their power to make harmonious inconsistencies who cohabit the same visual plane. Because it is the border places, the lines to make us perceive the nature of things. A careful look at the inconsistencies of our era, in which the boundaries - geographical, mental - too often exacerbate differences instead of considering a resource that can enrich, complement and illuminate the gray areas of our precarious balance. "
The exhibition of the works is at the Chamber of Commerce of San Marino Fiorina Center (4th floor) - Road Paderna, 2 - Domagnano - RSM from May 7 to July 9, 2010 .
The inauguration will be held Friday May 7 at 12.00 and attended by the President of the Chamber of Commerce
